At Jonah’s Cross Co, we take pride in carefully preparing and shipping each handmade piece. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

All orders are processed and shipped within a timeframe of 4 to 7 business days. Because each cross is handled with care before shipping, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within a few days after they are shipped. Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
