Refund policy
At Jonah’s Cross Co, every piece is handcrafted with care, time, and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason related to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personal preference after receiving the product. Each cross is made from real wood and shaped by hand, which means natural variations in wood grain, color, and small details are expected and are not considered defects.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In order for us to review your request, you must provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including damaged items.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. We are also not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Due to the fast processing of orders, all purchases are considered final immediately after checkout.
